(Separate enrollment required and .50 (fifty) cent fee for each deposited item)
Community National Bank offers the convenience of Mobile Deposit Banking. This Mobile access requires enrollment and you must have an account opened for 90 days with Community National Bank and in good standing. (available within the Mobile Banking product-click here to learn more)

Deposit your checks from the convenience of home and save money on gas or postage!
  • Select "Mobile Deposit" from your Iphone, IPAD or Android smartphone
  • "Enroll"
  • CNB customer support will contact you to relate your Mobile Deposit option is ready to access
  • Select "Deposit Check"
  • Select your "Account"
  • Enter the amount,  including decimal (no commas)
  • Select "Take Pictures"
    • Front side of check: Tap the box to take a picture of the front side of check.  Align the check within the grid-making sure to leave space around the check before taking picture. NOTE: Confirm your check is clearly visible and placed on a dark background surface for the picture
    • Take picture (Swipe right to delete if you need to retake picture)
    • Back side of check. Tap the box to take a picture of the back side of the check.  ENDORSEMENT REMINDER: you are required to endorse the check with your signature and clearly print the words "For Mobile Deposit Only". Align the check within the grid - making sure to leave space around the check before taking picture. NOTE: Confirm your check is clearly visible and placed on a dark background surface for the picture
    • Take picture (Swipe right to delete if you need to retake picture)
    • Save Images
    • Before you submit, reminder of a .50 (fifty) cent fee for each deposited check
    • If you accept , select OK
  • You will receive a confirmation number once the Mobile deposit process is completed. For future reference, please write the confirmation number provided and the date you used Mobile Deposit Banking on your check
  • Keep the check in a secure place until you verify the funds were deposited into your CNB account. 
    • CNB recommends you keep the check for at least 7 business days and destroy your check within 60 days from deposit. Shredding is recommended for check destruction
  • Mobile Deposit cutoff time is 5:00 p.m. on all business days.  If you submit your deposit after 5:00 pm or on a non business day or holiday, your deposit will be processed the next business day
  • Mobile Deposit criteria (limits for the number of deposits and dollar amount of deposits) will be provided once you are eligible for enrollment
